2Scope / Description
This part of GB/T 17614 stipulates the following methods and methodologies: Method--the evaluation method of the functionality and intelligence of the smart transmitter;--the test method of the operating characteristics and static and dynamic performance of the smart transmitter. · Methodology--methodology for determining the reliability and diagnostic characteristics of fault detection;--methodology for determining the communication capabilities of intelligent transmitters in communication networks. These methods and methodologies are applicable to intelligent transmitters that convert one or more physical quantities, chemical quantities or electrical quantities into digital signals for communication networks or into analog electrical signals (see IEC 60381). The methods and methodologies listed in this part of GB/T 17614 are mainly used for: -- Manufacturers determine the performance of their own products; -- Users or independent test laboratories test equipment performance. It is recommended that manufacturers of smart transmitters apply this part of GB/T 17614 in the early development stage. This section provides guidance on the design review of intelligent transmitters through the following aspects: -- a checklist for reviewing hardware and software design in a structured way; -- performance, reliability and reliability under different environmental and operating conditions. Test methods for operational measurement and classification; -- methods for obtaining reported data.
