2Scope / Description

This part of GB/T 17614 applies to transmitters with standard analog current output signals or standard pressure output signals in accordance with IEC 60381-1 or IEC 60382. The specific methods of testing described therein can also be used for transmitters with other output signals. Refer to IEC 60770-3 for inspection and routine test methods of smart transmitters. For various types of transmitters with integrated sensors, it may be necessary to refer to other special IEC and ISO standards (such as chemical analyzers, flow meters, etc.). This section aims to provide technical methods for inspection and routine testing of transmitters, such as acceptance tests and post-repair tests. For the full performance test, the analog transmitter and the smart transmitter shall respectively adopt IEC 60770-1 and (or) IEC 60770-3. The parameter basis for judging whether the acceptance is acceptable or not shall be determined through negotiation between the manufacturer and the user. Tests by agreement do not have to be performed by professionally authorized laboratories.
