This international standard applies to fuse holders for miniature tubular fuses conforming to IEC 60127-2 and ultra-miniature fuses conforming to IEC 60127-3, for the protection of electrical equipment, electronic devices, and their components typically used indoors. The scope of this standard includes the following rated parameters: maximum rated current 16 A; maximum rated voltage 1500 V DC or 1000 V AC; altitude 2000 m and below (unless otherwise specified).
