Functional safety of building/erection safety-related systems. Part 3. Requirements for systems
1Key Takeaways
This standard applies to electrical, electronic, and programmable electronic (E/E/PE) building safety-related systems installed or already installed in new or reconstructed buildings and structures, and specifies the requirements for such systems. This standard: is used in conjunction with GOST R 53195.1, GOST R 53195.…
2Scope / Description
This standard applies to electrical, electronic, and programmable electronic (E/E/PE) building safety-related systems installed or already installed in new or reconstructed buildings and structures, and specifies the requirements for such systems. This standard: is used in conjunction with GOST R 53195.1, GOST R 53195.2, GOST R 53195.4, and GOST R 53195.5; applies to electrical, electronic, and programmable electronic building safety related systems (hereinafter referred to as E/E/PE SBRCS systems), as well as systems, subsystems, and components within E/E/PE SBRCS systems that contain at least one electrical, electronic, or programmable component; specifies the hardware functional safety requirements for E/E/PE SBRCS systems during the system design, planning, and implementation phases; specifies the actions and procedures required to ensure the functional safety, evaluation, and verification of E/E/PE SBRCS systems, as well as their compliance throughout their lifecycle, excluding the software requirements specified in GOST R 53195.4; and specifies the minimum information required for the installation, commissioning, and verification of E/E/PE SBRCS systems to meet safety requirements.
