This standard applies to:
——Induction and conductive heating solid devices for low-frequency, power-frequency, medium-frequency, and high-frequency applications (including direct current devices for conductive heating);
——Induction melting, holding, and superheating of liquid metal devices for low-frequency, power-frequency, medium-frequency, and high-frequency applications;
——Components of conveying or unloading equipment for heating devices located within the influence zone of the heating area. Examples of applications include:
——Induction and conductive heating devices for subsequent hot forming and heat treatment of flat billets (steel billets), bars, strips, wires, pipes, rivets, etc.;
——Devices with induction crucible furnaces or induction power-frequency furnaces.
