2Scope / Description
Overview This part of GB/T 17421 specifies the noise test methods for machine tools and related auxiliary devices fixed on the foundation in the workplace. The purpose of the test is to measure the noise emission data of the machine tool. The measured data can be used for the declaration and verification of machine tool emission noise specified in ISO 4871. Under the specified environmental conditions, installation and working conditions, it can also be used for performance comparison of the same type of machine tool or equipment in different units. The noise emitted by auxiliary devices connected to several machine tools and operated together shall be considered as background noise. "Auxiliary device" in this part refers to hydraulic power box, chip removal device, coolant oil mist separation device, heat exchange device, cooling device, etc. This section gives a general description of the installation, operation, working position of the machine tool under test and the measurement position of the microphone at other specified positions. The specific noise inspection can be stipulated in the relevant inspection standards of various types of machine tools. Chapter 11 of this part specifies the noise sound pressure level method for measuring the working position and other specified positions near the machine tool, which adopts the method specified in ISO 11202 and ISO 11204. Chapter 12 of this part specifies the sound pressure level measured on an imaginary envelope machine tool measurement surface, and the method for calculating the sound power level of the machine tool is obtained. This method adopts the method specified in ISO 3744 and ISO 3746. This section does not involve the use of sound intensity method (see GB/T 16404 and GB/T 16404.2) to determine the sound power level. Noise types and noise sources The method specified in this section is suitable for the measurement of various noises emitted by machine tools. This section applies to various types and specifications of machine tools, including equipment, components and assemblies. Note: According to this section, it may not be possible to measure super high or long machine tools, such as automatic lines. Test environment The test environment in this section is generally: a room with one or more reflective planes, and meets the requirements specified in 11.4.2 and 12.3.2 of this section. Accuracy level Test the noise sound pressure level of a specified location and the sound power level of a certain machine tool according to the method specified in this part. The value may be different from the real value.
