2Scope / Description

This standard applies to fly ash (hereinafter referred to as ash), slag and ash-slag mixtures from thermal power plants (TPPs) used as raw materials for the production of artificial porous fillers: ash and slag gravel, clay-ash and clay-slag gravel and crushed stone, ash agglomerate gravel and crushed stone, clay-ash and clay-slag sand, ash agglomerate sand according to GOST 33928, used in the production of lightweight concrete according to GOST 25820 and silicate concrete according to GOST 25214. This standard does not apply to ashes from thermal power plants (TPPs) intended for the production of unfired ash gravel. This standard does not apply to ashes, slags and ash-slag mixtures from thermal power plants (TPPs) intended for use as components for the production of concrete and building mortars in accordance with GOST 25592, GOST 25818 and GOST 26644.
