2Scope / Description

This part of GB/T 36374 specifies the sample preparation process and test methods for performance testing of sulfone polymer molding and extrusion materials. This standard specifies the treatment method of the tested material and the condition conditioning requirements of the tested material before molding and the test sample before testing. This section gives the procedure and conditions for preparing samples of sulfone polymer molding and extrusion materials and the methods for testing the properties of materials with these samples. It also lists the properties required to characterize sulfone polymer molding and extrusion materials and its testing methods. The performance items are selected from the general test method ISO 10350-1. Some other particularly important or widely used test methods for sulfone polymer molding and extrusion materials are also covered in this part, and the characteristic properties can be found in ISO 25137-1. In order to obtain comparable and reproducible test results, it should be carried out in accordance with the sample preparation process and state adjustment method, sample size and test method specified in this part. Test data using different sample sizes or sample preparation methods will not necessarily agree.
