- This standard stipulates the labor time quota for oil and gas field gathering and transportation technology installation projects. This standard applies to the construction of internal and external gathering and transportation pipeline laying projects in oil and gas field surface construction stations and process installation projects such as wellheads and measurement rooms. This standard does not apply to long-distance pipeline laying construction.
