SY/T 5749-2004 (English Version)

Scope: This standard was compiled to meet the needs of surface construction and production of oil and gas fields in the petroleum industry and based on comprehensive consideration of the characteristics and management conditions of construction and production of oil and gas fields on land across the country. This standard can be used as the basis for oilfield construction enterprises to internally organize production, prepare construction operation plans, issue construction task documents, assess work efficiency, calculate piece-rate wages and bonuses, and conduct economic accounting. This standard stipulates the time quotas for pipeline anti-corrosion, assembly and welding, pressure testing and purging, prefabricated installation of metering rooms and production and injection wellheads in oil and gas field gathering and transportation process installation projects. This standard applies to onshore oil and gas field surface construction station technology, off-station gathering and transportation pipelines, metering rooms and wellhead technology and other installation engineering construction. This standard does not apply to long-distance pipeline laying construction.
