Scope

This standard specifies the specific technical requirements for the safety of live work in the oil and gas field electrical industry. This standard is applicable to live work and low-voltage live work using equipotential, intermediate potential and ground potential methods on electrical equipment of substations (power plants) with an altitude of no more than 1000m, AC 6~220kV lines, and substations (power plants).
