Scope

This standard specifies the specific technical requirements for the safety of live work in the oil and gas field electrical industry. This standard applies to AC 5kV ~ 220kV high-voltage overhead power lines and live operations on substation electrical equipment using equipotential, intermediate potential and ground potential methods.
