Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for safety management of oil and gas field substations (stations). This standard is applicable to the safety management of 35kV to 220kV substations (stations) in onshore oil and gas fields and 6kV to 35kV switching stations and distribution rooms in onshore oil and gas fields.
