- This standard specifies the basic requirements for safety management, safety training and assessment, and safety inspection of oil and gas field substations (stations). This standard applies to all electrical equipment and related places used by power transmission, transformation and distribution enterprises with voltage level facilities of 35kV and above in onshore oil and gas fields.
