Scope

This specification is applicable to the national oil reserves of crude oil stored on the ground and the enterprise oil depots with a total capacity greater than or equal to 120×10⁴m³; this specification is not applicable to underground caverns, underground salt caverns, The design of oil storage depots and refined oil storage depots of storage types such as floating ships, caves, and buried underground.
