- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements and methods for testing and calculation of line loss rate, power factor, transformer power loss and load factor of oil and gas field power grids. This standard is applicable to the testing and calculation of line loss rate, power factor, transformer power loss and load factor of onshore oil and gas field power grids. This standard does not apply to the line loss rate testing and calculation of self-provided power plants and 220kV lines in oil and gas fields.
