Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for fusion-bonded epoxy powder outer coatings for steel pipelines. This standard applies to the design, construction and inspection of single-layer and double-layer structure sintered epoxy powder outer coatings for steel pipelines (including steel straight pipes and hot-simmered bent pipes, hereafter referred to as steel pipes). Coated steel pipes can be used in buried or underwater environments with working temperatures of -30°C to 80°C. Other working conditions can be implemented as a reference.
