Scope

This specification is applicable to the construction and acceptance of newly built, rebuilt and expanded land long-distance oil and gas pipelines, coal (seam) gas pipelines, and refined oil pipelines. It is not applicable to process pipelines inside oil and gas stations, oil and gas field gathering and transportation pipelines, Construction and acceptance of oil and gas pipelines within industrial enterprises.
