Scope

This standard specifies the energy-saving technical requirements for the design of new oil and gas gathering and transportation, water injection, steam injection, produced water treatment and related public works in onshore oil fields, including reducing energy consumption and reducing oil and gas losses. This standard applies to new construction projects of onshore oil field surface engineering. Expansion projects, reconstruction projects, beach-sea onshore oil fields, and offshore oil fields and shore terminals can be implemented as a reference.
