b) users, customers, and other stakeholders seeking assurance of an organization's innovation capabilities;
c) organizations and stakeholders aiming to enhance knowledge sharing through a common understanding of innovation management systems;
d) providers of training, deliberation, or advisory services in the field of innovation management and innovation management systems;
e) policymakers aiming to increase the effectiveness of support programs targeting organizational innovation capabilities, competitiveness, and societal development.
All guidance within ISO 56002 is general and intended for application:
a) to all types of organizations, regardless of type, sector, or size, with a focus on established organizations; it is understood that temporary organizations and startups may also benefit from the full or partial implementation of these guidelines;
