This document describes a method for determining the efflux time in seconds of bituminous emulsions at a test temperature of 40 °C using an efflux viscometer. An alternative test temperature of 50 °C may also be employed. Note: The procedure described herein may be applied for determining efflux time at other temperatures, such as 25 °C.
