5.1 Composition of the Epidemic Prevention Leadership Team
Enterprises should establish an epidemic prevention leadership team with the legal representative as the head, including a returning worker registration group, daily diagnosis and screening group, factory sanitation disinfection group, public education group on infectious diseases, and protective equipment management group.
a) Returning Worker Registration Group: responsible for statistics related to returning workers and personnel changes;

6 Requirements Before Resumption of Operations
6.1 Conduct a health status investigation and registration for all employees and their families before resuming operations.
6.2 For personnel returning from other places, the enterprise should require them to register according to local regulations, undergo body temperature checks, wear masks, etc., and pay special attention to any suspicious symptoms based on recent travel history.
6.3 Personnel coming from areas affected by the epidemic shall be subject to focused tracking and management, with timely reporting of abnormal situations and implementation of corresponding preventive measures.
6.4 High-risk individuals with epidemiological histories but no symptoms should undergo 14 days of medical observation and home quarantine.
