Scope

This standard is applicable to the design of power transformation and distribution projects with voltage levels of 110kV and below in oil and gas fields (including onshore and beach-sea oil and gas fields). It is not applicable to the power transformation and distribution design of power lines, oil pipelines and gas pipeline projects. In addition to implementing this standard, the power transformation and distribution design of oil and gas fields should also comply with current national standards and specifications.
