This standard applies to electrical and electronic products in stock (hereinafter referred to as "products"). Products may be packaged in storage. Note: Inventory refers to storage in typical warehouses such as industrial warehouses and retail commercial warehouses. The types of warehouses include finished product warehouses, semi-finished product warehouses, component warehouses, transit warehouses, etc. The building conditions of the warehouse include general warehouses with or without air conditioning, factory structure warehouses, shed warehouses, cave warehouses, basement warehouses, and open-air warehouses. This standard specifies the environmental conditions and severity levels of storage places and products that directly affect the structure, appearance or basic performance of products during storage. Environments caused by fire, explosion, nuclear radiation and other accidents are not included. It also does not include the microclimate conditions inside the product and the packaging and the transport conditions during storage. Note: In some special cases, the possibility of accidents should be considered.
