This part specifies the safety requirements for electrical installations for voltage disturbance and electromagnetic disturbance due to various reasons. This section does not apply to the common power distribution system or the power generation and transmission of this system (see "Scope" of GB/T 16895.1), although this disturbance can be conducted through the power system within the electrical installation or between electrical installations.
